Overview

• This guide outlines how to determine what your account's permissions are in Paychex.

Process

1. Log into Paychex.

2. Click on your initials in the top-right corner of the dashboard and Switch to Administrator Account if you are not there already.

   • NOTE: If you do not see this option, you are not an Administrator and will not have the permissions needed to set up this integration. Please find a user in your organization with the right permissions.

     

3. Click on User Access in the left-hand panel.

   

4. You will be able to see all Admins for your organization — as long as you are not a Security Admin, you have the permissions needed to set up this integration.

   • NOTE: If you are a Security Admin and want to upgrade your permissions to set up this integration, contact your organization's Super Admin to change your permissions.
