Overview

• This guide outlines how to determine what your account's permissions are in TriNet.

Process

1. Log into TriNet.

2. Select Admin/Manager view (top right).

   • NOTE: If the Admin/Manager view is not available, you are not an Admin for your organization.

   

3. Choose Manage Employees on the left navigation bar under the Employees header and select your name.

   

4. A list of your Permissions should appear. If the Permissions tab is not available after selecting yourself, you do not have the required privileges to view Permissions.

5. You will need three specific permissions to set up this integration:

   • HR Administrator
   • HR Authorization
   • HR Security
   • NOTE: If you do not have these permissions and want to set up this integration, contact someone at your organization with the HR Security permission to assign the three permissions to your account.
